We played once at World Cafe about a year ago. To be honest it was probably my poorest attended and least favorite show in Philly. It’s one of my favorite cities in the world though and I really like the vibe at First Unitarian Church. I image we’ll play there as long as we can.
You know, I’m doing a short set at Freeway’s release party at the Troc on Monday night. You should come through and say what’s up.
I was at the God Loves ugly show last spring which was sold out and the show was hot.. The Troc is the shit as far as intimate venues go.. Freeways crowd is not my vibe, not trying to judge but I was surprised Rhymesayers picked him up it didnt seem like a fit.. Anyway God is all and I appreciate your voice and your vision.. Thanks for sharing it with the youth they need it at this point and time when all that is seen is a lie.. Spirit/mind transcends the game of time, Love and Light..
